McNamara v. Norwich Union. His Honor the Chief Justice has granted a rule »i«, upoa the application of Mr Pitt, calling upon the plaintiffs to show cause why judgment in this case should not be entered for the defendants, on the ground that the issues of fraud were found in their favor, or failing this, why a new trial should not be had on tbe ground that tbe sum awarded was given on both fraudulent and good claims, or if on the good claims only that it is against the weight of evidence. The rule is returnable at Wellington on the 6th May next.
