toxnox, March 31. In the House of Commons, Sir Charles Dilke's motion, censuring the Government for the Zulu war, was deteated by a majority of sixty, 246 voting for and 3.6 again6t the motion.
The Board o_l Traded returns give the revenue for the year as 83 millions, being an increase over last year of 3^ millions. The principal increase was derived from the income tax and Customs revenue. Beef tallow, 335.
