Melbourne, Tuesday. The rumors of probable changes in the Ministry which hare been circulating recently are now proved to have been devoid of foundation. Svdxey, Tuesday. At a large meeting of Lanibton miners it was decided to join the other collieries in the vend system. The manager of the Lambton mine declines to agree to the men's decision. The miners, therefore, have given a fortnight's notice. Wednesday. A large open air meeting of an antiChinese character was held in the Domain last night, and another has been called for this evening. Armed: City of New York, fiom Auckland.
