The firing commeuced to-day with the Stoke Rifles match, towards the prires.for which that corps had liberally subscribed £16. The shooting was splendid, two 77's atid a 70 b£ing ftade otit o£ a possible 84, while of the twenty-one pri^e winners' none scored less than 71.
