The Lady Barkly returned from Golden Bay this morning. The Lyttelton sailed for Blenheim direct this morning. The Kennedy arrived at Westport from Nelson this morning. The Wallace left for Wellington direct this afternoon. The Mnrray left Westport for Nelson this morning. The Oleander was towed to sea last evening, and sailed for Newcastle. She is advertised for sale. Particulars will be found iv another column. The schooner Dido has been neaped at Puramanoi, and only made her escape yesterday, when she sailed with a cargo of timber. The Ladybird leaves Wellington this evening, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and sail for Wellington direct at 8 a.m. on Sunday, taking mails, passengers and cargo to the Arawata, which steamer leaves Wellington on Tuesday. The Taiaroa arrived in harbor at 7.30 this morning, having left Wellington at 1 p.m. and Picton at 9 p.m. yesterday. She has been detained here to await the arrival of the Ladybird, and sails at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Taranaki and Manukau. The old boiler of the Charles Edward was safely lifted out yesterday, and landed on the Government Wharf. The steamer will now be placed on the cradle, where the work of repairing her will be pushed on as expeditiously as possible. The Wellington arrived in harbor shortly after 7 o'clock this morning. She left Onehungaat 4.30 p.m. on Wednesday, and arrived off New Plymouth early yesterday morning ; landed passengers and cargo, and shipped a quantity of grass seed and fungus, sailing at 4 p.m. for Nelson, and arriving here as above. The Wellington sails for Picton and Wellington at 5 p m.
