Report on a Satrpb of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sampl? of the aborenamed article to a very carefal chemical .^Dalysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which aro ee fcrth in a separate report show tbaS this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, &nd that it contains b ;t traces of solid matter in solution. It poss sses a delicate and agreeable r.roma. and a p ure ani mild taste. Mr lUrt's Schiedam ; chnapp* is a very superior artie'e <d its class, is weij purified, and is quite em line. It has a pure fragrant odour, find ie absolutely free from any trsce of fufii or other injurJou* impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye gr in, olvays used | instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualitif aof Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and in this respect compar- s favourably with other samples offered for sale. It may to advised as equally!
