IMPERIAL SCHIBDAMJJCHNAPPS. Fb. Hiss all's Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, E C. London, Sta May, 1877. Report on a Sarr.plo of In^p;rial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr K. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to s very carefal chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are se forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contain. s but tracc-B of solid rastter iv eoluHon. It possesses a delicate and ngreeablo aroms, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior ariiele cf its class, ia well purified, and is quite ptnaine. Sir,— l have the honor to report for your information that tbe cample of Imptrial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables ma to state that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of fuoil or otler injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye gr«in, olways used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and in this respect compan b favourably with other Bsniples offered tor sale. It may be advised as eqnally| suitable for medical or economic purposes.
