I The results of the analysis, which aro se forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it conUinß but traces of solid matter in solution. Jt possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Eakt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its clsbs, is well purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) Arthur H. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of fiml or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye gr»in, olwaya used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It ie very smooth to the palate, and in thin respect cornpan s favourably with other samples offered for sale. It may be advised as cqually| suitable for medical or economic purposes.
