Re-port on a Sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analyjie and examination. I The results of the analysis, which aro se forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it conUinß but traces of solid matter in solution. Jt possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Eakt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its clsbs, is well purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) Arthur H. Bir,—l have the honor ',to report for yonr jeformation that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables me to state that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come nnder my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of fiml or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye gr»in, olwaya used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It ie very smooth to the palate, and in thin respect cornpan s favourably with other samples offered for sale. It may be advised as cqually| suitable for medical or economic purposes.
