The results of the analysis, which are se forth in a Bepeicte report Bhow tbas this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it conUins but traces of solid mutter in solution. It possesses a delicate and ogrfeable aroma, and a pura and mild taste. Mr Haet's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, i 3 weil purified, and ib quite prenuins. Sir,— l have the honor .to report for your inundation that tbe cample of Irnperifll Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been 'submitted to a searching chemical analysis arid critical examination, tbe result of which enables me to state that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet como under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and !b absolutely free from any trace of fim! or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grnin, olways used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and in thw leepect compart 8 favourably with other samples offered for sale.
