IMPERIAL SCEIEHIj!CHN&?PS, Dh. Hasball's Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Hoiborn Viaduct, E C. London, 9tu May, 1877. Report on a Ssropl? of Imperial Scbicdam Schnapps received frcm Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the Abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of tbe analysis, wbich are se forth in a separate report show tbat this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains bat traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and Agreeable aroma, ond a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very snperior anic.'e of its class, is well purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) H. Sir,— l have tho honor .'to report for yonr itfwnation that tbe sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the reault of wbich enables me to state tbat it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come nnder my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and ls absolutely free from any trace of fucil or other I injuriou* impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye gr«in, olways used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It ie very smooth to the palate, and in this respect cornpar- 8 favourably with other samples oifered lor sale. It may be advised as equallyj suitable for medical or economic purposes.
