Sold hy all respectable Chemists and Storekeepers throughout the Ooloniea It is refreshing to find Ladies and Gentlemen who. in gratitude for the relief Drought thera, either go to the trouble and expense of publishing tha tact, or writing to th.ir friends, telling them about the SCOTTISFI HIGHLAND OIL. or. in the spirit of true grttitude, via't the afflicted, and sbow them how thei* agonies may be sppeased and their suf? rings alleviated. Already a long list of names have been enroll d, and it is my desire that all who have been cured ahoull ;end me their address, not for publication, but as a satisfaction to my owa mind, and as a just ttibute to the Oils. I think there cannot be any fear of being accused of exaggeration after reading the testimonials published, ard thoae cow appearing, to say tbat in the experience of human knowledge there never has been an agent offered to the public which has so easily, painlessly, and pleasantly cured so many people regarded by our noble Faculty of medicine as incurable ; and it cannot now be s -id that professional men bave been distant by ordinary mortals. I glery in tbe fact that I belong, by birth and education to tbe professional class. I regret, however, that the commercial conditions of things renders it necessary that I ehould adopt a system of action at variance witl) professional et'quette for the sale of my good?. It i«, however, a great satisfaction to me thit the grandest cures which could be ac-C'-,mpliehed anywhere have been done in the Vtry city and country where the discovery whb made, and I trust that as people get accustomed to the use of the Scottish Oil, we eball see hundreds and ttousands of suffering humanity rejoice again in the vig..r and strength of regenerate 1 constitution*. Here follows ihe most extraordinary ligt of cures ever presented to the inhabitants ot these colonies: — Fifteen Yfaes a Martyr to Headachb. July 11,1877. Dear Sir,— lt is impossible for auy ohe to express bis heirtfelt gratitude for the relief I now cjoy from a terrible affliction, under which I existed for years I can hardly now think of it but with horror. It must be a great satisfaction for yoa to know tbat your Oils c»n to quickly and painlessly cure. I shall certa ; n ! v feel bound to tell the good news to sll my friends. James Goodwin. £60 Spent, but got No Belief. Testimon rAL. — Another testimonial respecting Potties Highland Oil bas heen r< ctived by tbe Agent, Mr C. L. Tweedie. It is ss follows: — Sir, for many years I bave suffered from rheumatism in the back; and some time ago it cost me over £60 to go to Sydney and have medical advice, without, however, receiving any relief. I determined to try a bottle of Highland Oil, for which you pre ag nt, and have much pleasure in stating that after a few applications I wa-3 entirely relieved from all pain, and can safely recommend it to others sufferiag from a similar complaint to mine.— Johm Modie, Bombala. Lumbago fob 26 Ybabs. Rylstone, October 7, 1876. To Messrs. "White & MTuUoch, Rylatone. GentlemeD,— l have much pleasure in informing you, as Agenta for Potties Scottish Highland tit, that the said medicine has been the means of curing me from lumbago, from wbioh I have suffered for the past 26 years, being at times scarcely able to crawl, owing to ihe severity of the complaint. I make this statement feeling convinced that the Oils (8.H.) will cure any or c suffering in a like numer. I request that you will give publicity to the above, and remain yours very truly, — John McNeil Beaton. 102, Liverpool-street, Sydney. Dear Fir,— l was laid up for many long months in bed, and bad tried all the doctor* cou'd do for me, but got only worse. At last a man colled with a little of Scottish J Oil. I was ihen in bed, suffering terrible I agony, with my legs bent under me. I saw no h>re for lie; bus the first bottle of your oil brought relief, end I could crawl about, I stuck to the fomentation, Oils, and bot iron, and in two months got the use of my limbs. I con nev* r expect to be perfect'y well, for I am an fid man, but I owe all to the Scottish Highland Oil.— Abch M'Eldotvny. Newtown. Twenty-three years bad with a tumour on my neck, and tried no end of prescriptions, until I saw that au operation was my only chance. Fortunately I heard about th* Scottish Oil, and by rubbing regalarly, the tumour melted away without any kind of paio.— H. Chase, Newtown. Fsom Stdnet Freeman's Journal. MIRACULOUS.— A most miraculous cure has cere under my noiice in Araluen. A miner in t'ds locality named Duggan had feen complaining for years of a swelling on hia treast, which defied the me Heal skill of the di*trlct-. Dr Lb wel jn, residing in Braidwood, a*'ter vaiuly experimenting with divers par aceis &c, advised the patient to uo to the Sydney Infirmary After come time he did as he was counselled, but what was the result ? Why, after remaining in the hospital for about nine months un<*er the treatment of the leading medicos, he was pronounced incnrable. He returned to Araluen worse in fact than when be went to Sidney, owing, I suppose to the vast quantities of medicine he h-»d taken, coupled with the fatigue of snch a I* ng overland journey. Some months ago Mr Curry (Dr Llewellyn's servant) suggested to Mr Dupgan to rub the swelling with •Potties Highland Oil.' He did as was suggested, and wonderful was the result. The swelling came to a head in a short time, and burst, diacbargirg a quantity of mrftter. In one of these discharges a bone came out, it being the sole cause ot the swelling, as can be testified by tbe man, whose health has been perfectly restored. He is now able to work as usual in the claim. Now, the nut ior your Sydney M.D.'a is, how came the bone there? My principal reason for writing this i» to iuform those gentlemen who attonded Mr Duggan at the Infirmary of the mysterious result.— Araluen Correspondent. Manufactured by J. POTTIE* 863, Eliza-beth-street, Sydney. SOLB AGENT FOR NELSON— LOUIS ROTHER, (Lute C. Harling) TRAFALG AR-STREET. 1396
