Melbourne, Tuesday. The Argua publishes the following particulars respecting the ultimatum sent to Cetawayo by the Cape Government. (1).
/-The surrender of the culprits who abducted the Natal women. (2). A fine of 600 head of oattle. (3) The disbandment of the Zulu army. (4). Fall permission for the Missionaries to raturn to his country and a guarantee of their safe conduct. (5) The appointment of a British Resident, The Government promise a fair trial of offenders. It is stated that Cetawayo has an army of 50,000 men and that his influence extends to the equator. Wednesday. The Somerset arrived at Cooktowu yesterday from Hong Kong. She has smallpox on board. She was refused pratique, and will proceed south immediately.
