Melbourne, Thursday. Rust exists in some portion of the wheatproducing districts to a serious extent, and it is estimated that one fourth of the wheat area of the colony will be destroyed. At the unveiiing of the statues of the Queen, and Prince, and Princess of Wales at the National Gallery Sir Redmond Barry favored the throwing open of the library and museum on Sundays.
