London, December 28. The money market is easy. Bank minimum unchanged ; market rale for three months bills, 5i i-ei cent. Bank reserve slightly belter. Owing to the holidays there is great inactivity in the Stock market. Consols have risen one-half per cent. Australian securities ore temporarily weakened by the announcement of a new Colonial loan Victoria Four per Cents, 92. Wheat is unchanged.
