{■Reuter's Telegrams per Press Agency.] London, December 23. The Khedive of Egypt's palace at Alidino has been partially destroyed by fire. A destructive fire at Hong Kong lasted two days, causing great destruction of property. The Ncrtham, from London bound for Sydney, has been completely destroyed by fire. The crew and passengers were saved. A message from the Governor of Cape Colony asks Cetawayo to disarm and disband his army, to cede Saint Lucia Bay, and receive a Resident at his Court. A Greek Commission has been appointed for the rectification of the frontier. Yakoob Khan has arrived at Jellalabad. It is regarded as a sign of submission. December 29. At a meeting of the Sydney Exhibition Committee it wa9 annonnced that a large number of German and Austrian exhibitors had applied for space at the forthcoming Exhibition. The French Government have inserted in the Budget 115,000 francs to assist exhibitors. The San Francisco mail has arrived, aDd was delivered on the 24th instant.
