COMMERCIAL.
Mr Mabin reports that at his sale yesterday at F. Middleton's Farm there was a very good attendance. The following is a list of prices for the principle things:— Pen of ewes and wethers, 7s 6d per head, pen lambs and ewes, 4s per head; cow, calved about five weeks since, £5 2s 6d; heifer calves, 21s each; bay trap mare, 14 years old, £22; iron grey may, 5 years old, £22 10s; trap mare, 6 year old, £12 10s; E. & S. ploughs, £6 each; spring trap, £13 10s ; dray, £8; roller, £2 10s; part set cart harness, £3 ss; chaff cutter, ,£5. There was also a large quantity of other farm requisites, household furniture, &c, all of which realised satisfactory prices.
