Report on ft ■ Sample of Imperial .Schiedam Sohnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of tbeiabovenamed article to a very careful ctiemical analyais and examination. I ■ The results of the Bnalysis, which kre Be forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contain* bu« traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a piire and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps Is a very superior article of its. class, 5a well purified; and is quite genuine. It has a puro fragrant odour, and ts > absolutely free from any trace of fiml orl other' injurious impurity, and has evidently! been, distilled from superior rye grain, olways used instead of malt in the produotioa of the, choicest qualities of Schnapps. It 1b very smooth to the palate, and in this respect compan s favourably with other samples offered for sale.
