From Captain Miller of the Richard and Mary we learn that no vessel of the name of the Sarah and Mary left Lyttelton for this TK»rt during the time he was there. The Press Agency must therefore have commilted an error in telegraphing the sailing of that vessel for Nelson. The Richard and Mary arrived in harbor yesterday afternoon, after a fair passage from Lyttelton, which would have been much shorter had not the schooner been detained in the Bay by light airs and calms. Captain Miller reports leaving Lyttelton on Wednesday morning and had light S.W. winds as far as the Knikoras, where a heavy sqaall from the south struck the vessel, throwing her on her beam ends, where she lay for a few minutes. After this light S.E. winds were expe rit need, and the schooner entered the Bty on Friday morning, but from the cause stated above was unable to make the harbor until jesterday. The Richard and Mary brings a cargo of wheat and bran consigned toMrMabin.
