[Special.] London, December 9. The West of England Bank's liabilty is three and a half millions. It is alleged that the office Jhas sufficient funds, and that the suspension will possibly be only temporary. A revolution ia reported in Cabool causing the Ameer's flight to Turkestan. A German sailor rescued in the Channel reports himself the sole survivor of the barque San Juan bound from Sydney to England with wool. She collided with a steamer off the Lizard. Princess Alice is alarmingly ill.
