[We kave subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. : ' ; The results of the analysis, which are ao fojrth- in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that.it contains, but traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste.
