The ordinary half-yearly meeting of the proprietors was held yesterday, ia the Bank Builldiags, Queen-street, — Dr. Campbell in the chair. The General Manager (Mr. D. L. Murdoch) read the advertisement convening the meeting, the minutes of the previous half-yearly meeting, and of the special meeting held afterwards on the same day ; also, the report aud balancesheet as follows : — Thirty-fourth R port of the Directors of the Bank of New Zealand, to the ;Halfyeirly Geneial Meeting of the Proprietors, htli at the Baoking-House, AucklanJ, on Tueidav, 29th October, 1878.
