IMPERIAL SCHIEDAMICHNAPPS. Dr. Haßsall's Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Hoiborn Viaduct, E.C. London, 9th May, 1877. Report on a Sample of Imperial Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are ac forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It possesees a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior anicie of its class, is well purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) Arthur H. Hassall, M.D., Author of •• Food and its Adulteration.'' Oito Henner, F.C.S., Public Analyst. still 111 Wm. Johnson's Eeport. Government Anal} tical Laboratory, Melbourne, 23rd July, 1877. Henri J.
