The Lyttelton left Blenheim for Wellington at noon to-day. The Murray may he expected to arrive from West Coast ports to-day. The Ringarooma arrived at the Bluff last evening. She will reach here on Saturday. The Wallace sailed for Wanganui this afternoon, after towing the Woodbine to the outer anchorage. Tbe Charles Edward arrived at Hokitika from Westport this morning. She reports a strong westerly wind and raining heavily. The Pelorus left Havelock for Nelson yesterday via Henepura and Pig Bay. The Lady Barkly sailed for Golden Bay this afternoon. The Taiaroa arrived at Onehunga at 7 a.m. to-day. She will probably bring down the San Prancisco mail. The Wellington arrived in harbor early this morning, after a fine weather passage across the Straits. She returned to Picton and Wellington this afternoon. On the last trip of the Wellington from this port, and when off the Croixelles, while the passengers were at dinner, a tremendous shock was felt. There was an immediate rush to the <leek, when a large log was seen astern. This had heen struck by the propeller with such force as to make it appear to those below as if the vessel had struck on a rock with her keel. Strange to say the propeller did not sustain the least damage.
