IMPERIAL SCHIEDAM SCHNAPPS, . Db. Hassall's Report.. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, E.C. I London, 9th Mayi 1877.; Report on a Sample of Imperial .Schiedam Schnapps received from MrH. J. H^nr. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are sej forth In a separate report show that this Spirit is of good strength, practidally , free from acidity, and that it contains hut traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its claßs r is well purified, and is quite genuine. It has a pure fragrant odonr, snd ls absolutely free from any trace of fu>il or other injurious impurity, and has evidently heen , distilled from superior rye gr^in, olways used ' instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and in tlrisieupectcom:par« s favourably with other samples offered lor sale. It may be advised as equallyj suitable for medical or economic purposes.
