IMPERIAL SCHIEDAMJCHNAPPS, De. Hassall's Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, E.C. London, 9th May, 1877. Beport on a Sampla of Impsrial .Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a simple of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are Be forth in a separate report Bhow that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in Bolution. It possesses a delicate and Bgreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its clbbs, is well purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) Arthur H. Sir,— l have the honor 'to report for yonr information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps for war tnd by you to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, ihe reault of which enables me to state that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that a3 yet come under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odoqr, and Is absolutely free from any trace of f u-il or other injurious impurity, and baa evidently been distilled from superior rye gr>in, olwaya ÜBed instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualitits of Schnapps. It ie very smooth to the palate, and in this respect compan s favourably with other simples offered lor sale. It may be advised as equally^ suitable for medical or economic purposes.
