fPBESS AGENCY.! Auckland, Saturday night. Arrived— Lebu, from London, 130 days out. She experienced fearful weather. After rounding the Cape a tremerudous sea broke over the vessel, doing a great deal of damage. Captain M'Kenzie was washed under the windlass, and had his head split open and was killed. Two seamen were iniured, and the third mate had his legbrokeu. Xatier, Monday. The Reading Room and Athenreum were opened yesterday afternoon from two to five, and were well attended. Oamaru, Monday. Through eatinsr brawn purchased at a butcher's shop in town seventeen persons were yesterday taken ill. Although several of the sufferers were very bad, all are now recovering. An enquiry will be held.
