IMPERIAL SCHIEDAMJOTAPPS, Dr. Hassall's Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, EC. London, 9th May, 1877. Report on a Sample o! Imperial Scbiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We kave subjected a simple of the abovenamed article to a very cuieful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are se forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically f ree from acidity, and that it contninß but traces of solid matter in folution. It possesses a delicate and nßreeible aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hakt's Schiedam bchnapps is a very superior article of its class, is well purified, and is quite imiuine. (Signed) Arthur H.
