Batchelor.— Action to recover £5 9s od. A set-off was put in, which reduced tbe sum in dispute to Gs 6d. The set-off, however, was not admitted by the other side. The action arose out of matters connected wilh plaintiff's store in The Wood, of which defendant had been in charge. Mr Pitt appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Bunny for the defendant.
