COMMERCIAL.
Mr Mabin reports that at the sale at the Railway Shed to-day of surplus drain pipes the attendance was limited, and the prices realised were small. Afterwards afc the Nelsou Auction Rooms he sold a quantity of fruit. Oranges fetched 10s to 12s per case; Mandarins, 16s; Pine Apples, Gs; Lemons, 10s to 12s Gd per case.
