The Kennedy sailed for Wellington last Bight. The Wallace sails for Wanganui at nine o'clock to-night. '" The Murray sails for the West Coast this afternoon. The Taiaroa arrived at Onehunga yesterday afternoon. She leaves on the downward trip this afternoon. The Tarauaki leaves Wellington this afternoon, will arrive here to-morrow morning early, and sail at 4 p.m. for Taranaki and Manukau. The schoonor Awaroa left Wauganui on { Wednesday last in company with the ketch Huon Belle, which vessel is now reported ashore at Foxton. The Kvik leaves Wellington for Newcastle to-day. Captain Larsen expects to pay another visit to that place, before proceeding to China. The cutter Goldseeker, after being considerably strengthened, is now ready for sea, and will probably sail for New Harbor this evening. The departure of the Edwin Fox for Nelson with 291 immigrants is announced by telegraph. She left London on the 26th of July, and should arrive here at the latter end of next month. The Wellington arrived in harbor this afternoon at 1.30. She left Wellington at 1 p.m. yesterday, and reached Picton at 6 p.m.; discharged cargo and sailed at 11 p.m., called at Durville's Island, and as there was an hour or two to spare, a fishing party was formed, and a boat lowered for that purpose, and as the result of their labors several fine rock cod could be seen on board the steamer this afternoon. After a stay of three hours at the Island the Wellington pushed on for Nelson, arriving here as above. She returns to Picion and Wellington at 3 p.m. tomorrow.
