It has a pure fragrant odour, snd is absolutely free from any trace of fu<-il or othe? injurious impurity, and bas evidently been distilled from superior rye gr in, olways used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It it very smooth to the palate, and in thw respect eomjpari s favourably with other samples offered for aale. It may be advis*d as equallyj suitable for medical or economic purposes. I have the honour to be, £c , (Sigred) Wm. Jobnsok. Analytical Chemist to the Government of Victoria.
