The Lady Barkly should arrive here this evening from Golden Bay. The Kennedy is still lying at Hokitika, the Grey rar being unworkable. The Wallace lias got off the Wairau bar safely, and will be at Blenheim this afternoon. The Murray left Waitara for Nelson this morning. She will sail for Wellington on Saturday. The Charles Edward left Westport for Kelson at 11 a.m. to-day. She will return to the Coast early to-morrow morning with the San Francisco mail. The Wanaka left New" Plymouth at eight o'clock this morning, will arrive here this evening, and sail for Wellington and South by the same tide at 9.30 p.m. The Wellington left Wellington at 1 pm. to-day, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and sail at 9 a.m. on Saturday for Picton and Wellington. The R'ngarooma leaves Wellington to-mor-row evening, will arrive here on Saturday morning, and sail by the same tide at 10 a- 1 " fo f Wellington, South, and Melbourne. The Taiaroa leaves Wellington to-morrow afternoon, will arrive here on Saturday morning, and sail for Taranaki and Manukau by the same tide at 11 a.m. The Loch El, a large schooner, is shortly expected here from Newcastle with a load of coal for Mr J. S. Cross, jun. The Tasso, having a time charter, will also load at Newcastle for this port-. The Rotorua and Tararua recently had a spin together between Port Chalmers and Lyttelton, when the former beat her rival by an horn- and some iniimtes. Our telegrams to-day confirm the worst apprehensions that had been given rise toby the absence of any news of the schooner Jvaiuma, bound for Manukau from New liyraouth, the natives from Jvawhia bavin" reported that she was totally wrecked there With the loss of all hands.
