The results of the analysis, which are k forth in a separate rtport show that this spirit is of good strength, {tactically free from acidity, and thst it contains hot traces of solid metier in solution. Sir, — 1 have the honor 'to report for your information that tbe sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to. me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examinatien, the result of which enables me to state that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come . under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odonr, and is absolutely free from any trace of funl or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, olways nsed instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It if very smooth to tbe palate, and in this respect compart s favourably with other aamplos offered for sale. It may be advised as equally| suitable for medical or economic purposes.
