Mr Mabin reports that afc his sale to-day at the Nelson Auction Room he disposed of that piece of property, with the buildings thereon, comprising builder's sheds and office, nav ing a frontage to Hardy-street of 230 links, and to Collingwood-street 113 feet, at present in the occupation of Messrs Bethwaite and Robertson, for £975 to Mr Erank Trask. There was a large attendance of persons who desired to purchase the property and consequently the bidding was spirited. i i
