Purchasers of less than a Pound and over Ten Shillings' worth of Articles will receive a Half-ticket, two of which can be exchanged for a whole, one at any time prior to the drawing. To satisfy all that the Drawing is done Fairly* it will be conducted by a Committee elected from the Ticket Holders. Each Ticket will be numbered, and the winning numbers published in all the Nelson papers. . The Prizes, as above, will consist of Orders on T. S.
