I HIS is to notify that FREDERICK GAITT, of Waimate, in the County of Waimate and Colony of New Zea'and, merchant, did on the thirteenth day of June, ultimo, DEPOSIT at the Office of the Patent Officer, in the Colonial Secretary's Office in Wellington, a Specification or Instrument in writing, under his baud and seal, particalarly describing aud ascertaining the nature of the said INVENTION, aud in what manner the said is to be performed ; and that by reasoa of such doposit the said Invention is protected and secured to him exclusively for the term of six calendar inonih9 thence next ensuing.
