DISTRICT COURT.

[Before His Honor Judge Broad.] IN BANKRUPTCY. Se Benjamin Earle. Mr Bunny moved for the discharge of this bankrupt. His Honor said the debts of the bankrupt amounted to £90, and his nominal assets to £40, but as in ali or nearly all bankrupt estates the assets had not realised anything like the sum at which they had been estimated. In tbis particular case there would be really nothing for the creditors. However they appeared to be quite satisfied with the bankrupt's conduct as they had not attended any of the meetings and had made no opposition to bis discharge which would be accordingly granted.
