AT THE HALL OF COMMERCE ON and AFTER THIS DATE, subject to the following conditions :— Each CASH PURCHASER will be presented with ONE TICKET for every Pound's worth of Goods bought ; for example, the Purchaser of a Five Pound Parcel will receive Five Tickets. Purchasers of less than a Pound ancl over Ten Shillings' worth of Articles will receive a Half-ticket, two of which can be exchanged for a whole one at any time prior to the drawing. To satisfy all that the Drawing is done Fairly, it will be conducted by a Committee elected from the Ticket Holders.
