. REUTER'g Telegrams per Press Aoenot.] Berlin, July 1. Notwithstanding tbe refusal of the Porte, Austria will occupy Bosnia and Herzegovina under the sanction of the Powers. Russia has received from Kilia to the Pruth; Roman (?) from Silistria to Mongolia. The Powers are urging the acceptance by Turkey of the Austrian occupation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Austria is massing troops on the frontier.
