Report on a Sample o! Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received frrm Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the enalyais, which are Be forth in a separate report show tbat this spirit is ef good strength, practically ffee from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and Agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr 'Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is well purified, and ia quite genuine. It has a pure fragrant odour, end is absolutely free from any trace of fu-il or other iDjuriou' impurity, and has evidently bjeen diatilled from superior rye gr-in, ol ways used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualitif sof Schnapps It is very smooth to the palate, and in this respect compart a favourably with other samples offered for sale.
