Purchasers of less than a Pound and over Ten Shillings' worth of Articles will receive a Half-ticket, two of which can be exchanged for a whole one at any time prior to the drawing. To satisfy all that the Drawing is done Fairly, it will be conducted by a Committee elected from the Ticket Holders. Each Ticket will be numbered, and the winning numbers published in all the Nelsou papers. The Prizes, as above, will consist of Orders on T. S.
