Purchasers of less than a Pound and over Ten Shillings' worth of Articles -will receive a Half-ticket, two of which can be exchanged for a whole one at any time prior to ihe drawing. To satisfy all that the Drawing is done Fairly, it will be conducted by a Committee elected from the Ticket Holders.
