Report on a Sample of lirporial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr E.J. Hartj We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are* se forth in a eeparaie report show that jhiß spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of golid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aronoa. and a pure and mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior ariicle of. its class, is frell purified, and is quite genuine. It has a pure fragrant odour, nnd is absolutely free from any trace of fu*il or other injuriou» impurity, and bas evidently been distilled from superior rye gr in, ohvaya used instead of malt in the production of ithe choicest, qualities 'of Schnapps. It is yery smooth to the palate, and in this respect compan s favourably with other simplas offered for sale. It may be advised as equally} suitable for medical or economic purposes.
