Messrs Sharp and Pickering report the sale of Mr Davis' house aud land iv Nilestreet East for £460. Mr J. R. Mabin reports tbat at the sale at Mr Franz-en's wharf to-day red pine timber brought 4s 9d to 5s 3d ; posts and rails, 35s to 37s 6d per 100; coal, 20s to 22s Odper ton.
