The Analytical and Kanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, E C. London, 9th May, 1877. Report on a Sample of Jrrperial Schiedam Schnapps received frrm Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a simple of the abovenamed article to a very caieful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the unaljsis, which are se forth in a separate nport show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains hut traces of solid matter in tolution. It roßsesfes a delicate and ngreeable aroma and a pure and mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article nf its class, is well purified, and is quite genuine.
