Count Andrassy has stated that the territory remaining to Turkey must be secured ; that Austria objected to the proposed two years' occuputiou of Bulgaria ; and that Roumania agreed to the proposals for fosteringandde^ eloping the Christian population in Turkey, but objected to the severance of Austria's national treaus of communication with the East. Loxdon, May 29. The London papers are less sanguine about the result of SchouvalofE's negotiations, but the meeting of Congress is assured. It is rumoured that Lord Normanby has been offered the Governorship of New South Wales. St. Petersburgh, May 29. Large contributions in money are coming in towards the formation of a Russian Volunteer Navy.
