Messrs Sharp and Pickering report the Bale of Town Acre So. 226, with a frontage of 230 links to Halifax-street, and a depth of 440 links, for the sum of £200. Mr Mabin reports that at his sale at Richmond yesterday all the sheep penned were sold. Full-mouthed ewes not in lamb brought 9s ; ewes in lamb, 5s to 7s ; draught ruaie and foal, £29 ; useful trap gelding, £12. There were several other horses offered, but they were withdrawn. His next auction at Bichmond will be on Wednesday, May 22. To-day he sold by auction, at the Albion Wharf, a cargo of red pine timber at Gs 9d to 7b 9d per 100 ft.
