The Lady Barkly sailed for Golden Bay yesterday afternoon. The Tararna leaves Melbourne for New Zealand to-day. The Awaroa sailed for Wanganui this morning with a large cargo. The Taiaroa arrived at Onehunga this morning The weather is clearing on the Coast, but the sea is still too heavy on all the bars to allow of the boats moving. The Tasso will sail for Newcastle to-mor-row. The ketch Prospect and cutters Midge and Maid of Italy arrived this morning with cargoes of potatoes for the barque Tasso. The Wellington sailed for Picton and Wellington at six o'clock last night. She leaves there on the return trip to-morrow, and will arrive here on Friday morning. The Alhambra arrived at the Bluff from Melbourne this morning. She will not come to Nelson this trip. Her passengers and cargo will be forwarded to her by the Wellington on Saturday. A telegram having been received from New Plymouth stating that the weather was breaking, the Murray was despatched to that port this morning, and may be expected back on Friday. She will sail for Wanganui on Saturday. The Richard and Mary, now overdue fron Oamaru, has not yet put in an appearance. With the weather which has prevailed lately ahe could hardly be expected, and it ia poselble that she had to take shelter in some friendly nook. Now that the weather is fine she ought to show up soon. The Bruiser has been rigged up, and is now only waiting the completion of her sails, whan she will he leady for sea. She is rigged as a ketch, and though a3 her name denotes, she is not a clipper, the Bruiser is a staunch weatherly craft and. in rough weather no doubt will be able to give a good account of herself. She will be engaged as a drogher between Nelson and the other side of the Bay. r" "'■ _ ,
