Lease from the Crown of all the Coal in $?O Acres of Land, for Twenty-one jears from Ist day of January 1870, at a royalty of two ppp cent., which shall not be less than £16 a yrar This is the Company's Coal Mine, and the seams have been driven into in several places. There are orer 800 feet of iron tramway in tbe drives, and from tbence there is an iron tramway about two miles long to the wharf. Part of tbe land over which this goes is the Company's freehold, the rest has been held under a lease at a peppercorn rent.
