Leaße from the Crown of all tbe Coal in 950 Acres of Land, for Twenty-one years from lst day of January 1870, at a royalty of two ppr cent., which ahall not be less tban £16 a year. This is the Company's Coal Mine, and the seams have heen driven into in several places. There are over 800 feet of iron tramway in the drives, and from thence there is an iron tramw»y aboat two miles long to the wharf. Part of the land over which thiß poes is the Company's freehold, the rest has been held under a lease at a peppercorn rent.
